When I first bought this I was ecstatic. It has all the pockets and club that I incredible and needed. I trip a lot for work so the whole scan fast thing is a must for me. Unfortunately this also means that I use it all the time. And that's how the shoulder strap broke off while walking straight through the airport. Even worse, this happened about 4 months after I bought the thing. I even tried just carrying the thing by the handles after that. Now (about an additional one 4 months later) even the handles are breaking off of it. When I pay for quality I expect just that. I guess all I easily payed for was that itsybitsy alien head on the front. And I payed too much for that. Don't waste your money.
